True or False: A ton of lead is heavier than a ton of feathers.?

I forgot if a ton of feathers was heavier or not, so I am asking, thanx for the answers!True or False: A ton of lead is heavier than a ton of feathers.?
same mass, same weightTrue or False: A ton of lead is heavier than a ton of feathers.?
False, a ton is a ton, regardless of what you are weighing.
It is false, a ton weighs a ton, no matter what it is you're weighing.
They both way a ton, so they are the same
false
They equal the same...that is what you stated. They both equal one ton. So your proposed question is false.
I thought that they both weighed the same.
False. A ton is a ton. Lead is only denser than feathers.
Yer kiddin' right? A ton of idiots weighs the same as a ton of Princeton Ph.D's, or a ton of lead or a ton of feathers. They just take up different amounts of space.
false, they are both a ton. now if you were to say wich one would it the ground first, then the led would be the answer. only because featers sorta scatter then land. so my answer for your question is indee, FALSE.
a ton is a ton

1 kg of iron equals 1 kg of stews but the volumes are different...

it's the same for lead and feather.

it's the matter of volume and weight.

then it's false.
I remeber getting this question on my 11+ back in the pre-comprehensive education days - a ton is a ton regardless what it is made from.
false Feathers are heavier as crazy as it sounds it is true.
haha theyre the same of course
false
It depends on how you weigh them. If you just look at the weight, theyre the same, so its false, but feathers will have air pockets, where lead has none... so thats gonna change the weight.
False
they weigh the same because theyre both a ton
