True or false? The terms “aerobic fitness” and “cardio-respiratory fitness” mean the same thing.?

Pretty much the same thing, I'd say. One sounds like someone trying to be too clever, the other is more a buzzphrase for personal trainers.True or false? The terms “aerobic fitness” and “cardio-respiratory fitness” mean the same thing.?
when i got my fitness specialist cert., cardio-resp. fit. meant pulse/breathing rate...while aerobic fit. meant the vox uptake-how much oxygen ws actually being absorbed by the blood from the alveoli...good luck.
